Young Hong is the most trustworthy , sincere and responsible agent. She clinched a deal with her expertise and dignity. My rental property is not close to her office and not good conditions to work with but she worked very hard. Even my tenant's moving day, she spent about 4hours with concerns and cares for tenant and me(Landlord) at the premise by herself. I highly recommend her if someone needs/finds a real estate agent.

Where to begin! Ms. Young is our favorite realtor we have ever worked with. What makes her so unique and special is that she really listens to her clients needs, even as sellers, and she does her absolute best to honor their wishes. She helped us from day 1 with everything and finding the perfect buyer for us. Also she helped us with our out of state move to sell furniture. If I ever needed to sell a home in LA area, we would choose Ms. Young over and over again and I highly recommend her!!!!!

Young Hong was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, she really cared about me and my dog, understood my needs from the very first conversation with her. I had a hard time getting someone to rent me an apartment due to having a 50-lb dog. She was able to find me a great apartment that fit right in Hancock Park and near Koreatown! She made my relocation to Los Angeles from Atlanta easier. She was communicative all the time and easy to reach to always answer any of my questions. On the day I moved in, Young Hong also brought me a camping cot bed, batteries, flashlights, bottled water, toilet paper, and candle so that I could use before all my furniture was delivered and the electricity was connected.
