While Jonnelle has all the characteristics you’d want in a luxury realtor (knows the LA market, well connected, attention to detail), in assessing the performance of a realtor I believe that characteristics matter less than the outcome they deliver. The home we bought was a very hot property (multiple offers and bidding rounds) and Jonnelle was able to leverage the trust she built directly with the seller which gave us the inside track on winning the property. I worked with Jonnelle to make my first home purchase. She was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with the process. She also never rushed me or put any pressure when deciding what place to put an offer on wanting to make sure that I was making the right choice for me that I would be happy with long term.
