We recently moved cross country from southern CA to the east coast. The real estate market in southern CA is difficult to say the least. After several interviews we decided to work with Ruben and Nakisa Cota. From the start they were very professional and well versed in the current affairs of the overall market. Their presentation was extremely thorough and well thought out as they answered all of our questions and completely put us at ease with the marketing plan. Once the house was put on the market they were always available and willing to spend time to update us on the trends of the rapidly changing market. Once the house was under contract, they made the entire process very simple and saw everything through to closing. Ruben and Nakisa did a great job selling our home! They were professional and very knowledgeable about the market in our home’s location and they kept up with the changing market conditions. They had an aggressive marketing plan including many avenues of social media.
