I highly recommend Liz. She is knowledgeable, honest, proactive, responsive, and an amazing communicator and negotiator. She kept us informed every step of the way. She did an amazing job marketing the property. It’s a bit tricky, selling a condo at a luxury high-rise building, but she made this whole process hassle free and easy. When the tenants moved out, we walked the property with Liz and she assessed the condition of the condo and recommended what needed to be done in order to sell the property for the best price. Since they also own a property management company, we hired the tradesmen that she recommended. They did excellent work and in a timely manner. Liz also recommended staging and It made a huge difference in the way the property showed. Definitely, worth spending the money. We had to sell the condo quickly and she explained what she thought was the best strategy to do so. I’ll admit that at first I was a bit hesitant, but we are so glad we followed her strategy as it worked exactly as she said it would. The property was on the market 2 days when we accepted an offer over asking price. Liz is very patient and truly cares about her clients. It would be hard to find another agent that cares as much and works as hard as she does and with such great disposition. I consider myself lucky to have her as my realtor.
