This review is long overdue! Daniel helped my husband and I buy our first home. We found Daniel through a mutual friend and he truly was a dream to work with. He listened to what we wanted and didn’t waste our time with homes that didn’t fit our desires. We toured over 30 homes and submitted around 6 offers. Daniel communicated with us through the entire process and never left us in the dark. If there was an open house or opening for us to tour a home we would like - Daniel made it his mission for us to see the home, even on short notice. He spent hours with us and we ended up with a home that met all of our desires. We started looking at homes mid January and our offer was accepted in February. We closed in March and moved in on April 1st. Daniel was incredible the whole way and we now consider him family. If you are looking to build a relationship with a genuine real estate agent - Daniel is your man.

I worked with Daniel to find a home in the Carlsbad/Oceanside area. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Very responsive and worked long and hard to get us in to see properties. He listened to us and understood what we were looking for and screened out a number of properties that would have been unsatisfactory. He had access to a skilled and responsive network of lenders, appraisers, inspectors etc. that really made the process move. So if you choose Daniel, you really do get an entire team that comes with him. We bought a house through Daniel and the closing was ahead of schedule and smooth. Daniel was very proactive and pushed us updates often. I felt well informed and that my interest were well represented. We were so impressed that we hired him to sell our condo after we moved into our new place. Need I say more ? Again, professional and responsive with a team of pros to back him up. The condo sold in less than two weeks.
