We found her by accident, but it was one of those happy accidents that you are so grateful for. As well, once we had entered escrow on our new home it became a matter of urgency to list and sell our current home as quickly as possible in order to ensure we weren't carrying dual mortgages for too long. Tracey was able to get our house sold in less than 30 days for the full asking price. In fact, we even managed to close escrow early on our sale.
