I have known David Friedman for approx. 10 years and am very familiar with him regarding real estate transactions. I having hired him for a number of transactions in buying and selling homes.He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate and over the years I have called him to ask advice regarding renting properties out, tenants, taxes and real estate in general. He is not an attorney but is so knowledgeable regarding a lot of these aspects. He is always very responsive and even though he is a busy top producing broker he always makes time to advise me. He has an innate feel for all things real estate.

David was the absolute best realtor I could have had! In this crazy market, he was available day/night/weekend for us. he was on the ball to get everything we needed, from tax info to scheduling showings the same day! She was excellent, professional, and genuine.
