I have worked with many realtors in the past but Ruben was truly a great and professional realtor. Ruben is extremely responsive and even though he had never met me just over the phone he made it important to return my calls and schedule a showing for the property I was interested in at my earliest convenience. We opened escrow May 19th and May 29th we had keys! We were able to close on the property we wanted in 10 days without any issues. He was more than helpful answering any questions we had and was honest and truthful with the entire transaction. I would recommend him to anyone in search of any property.
