Review of Glen And Kelly Nelson. We cannot say enough great things about Glen and Kelly Nelson as our realtors. We have known them for several years and this is the second home they have sold for us. Not only did they go above and beyond in selling our home in record time, but also helped us in finding a new one and even went so far as to actually help us move when our moving crew failed us. We don’t know of any realtor that would have done what they did for us. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing experience buying or selling your home.

Glen & Kelly made some pre-listing suggestion on how some minor repairs and changes could increase the value of the house. There were other things we could not do ourselves, new screens, window cleaning, carpet shampoo and whole house professional cleaning. Not only did Glen & Kelly have professionals they work with , they coordinated everything to get the house to market quickly. They evaluated the neighborhood, property, amenities and presented a selling price, higher than we were expecting. After the open house we received an over asking price offer, with minimal negotiation we closed in less than 30 days. We recommend them to everyone

Update: States she doesn’t know me. Went to the same church in Corona , First Presbyterian. This is the realtor that screwed me over. No mistake about it. Great way to deny accountability. I stand by my review regardless of your denial. 12/26: Removed the denial, but it doesn’t fix the harm she caused. BUYER BEWARE! This realtor was a bully did not listen to any of my needs and cross personal boundaries by packing my things when I did not ask her to. Made arrangements that it was her son moving my things and strangers. When I wanted movers. I wanted to start looking in September. She made me wait till October because she made assumptions. I didn’t have a down payment. I was her guinea pig for an area she previously could not sell in. Knew nothing about the area or challenges living in this area and she spent her time networking with anybody that we met up here. And basically made me feel like she didn’t want be bothered. Because the seller didn’t honor the close date and gave people the combination to my front door and to help themselves to whatever they wanted because he didn’t get his things cleared out by close of escrow. The realtor Kelly showed a complete lack of empathy, told me I was overreacting and made arrangements for me to meet with the crooks by myself at their convenience to get my things back. I did not get all my things back. I knew no one in the area and the first night and until I could have the home relocked I didn’t feel safe! She has selective hearing and only does what she wants. I can’t tell you how many times she looked me in the face and said OK and then went ahead and did the complete opposite. She only cared about what benefited here.
