We first met Luis in 2021, and he was able to guide us through the entire buying process. He helped us feel comfortable on buying our first home and was able to give us "insider" information that we would never have gotten without Luis. He was extremely responsive, even answering our texts and phone calls late at night (Sorry Luis!) and was usually very thorough. When we'd have concerns he'd address them and was really our advocate.
