Alison Huddy and her husband Jason are great real estate agents. Their expertise is in Northeast Los Angeles (Atwater, Echo Park, Silver Lake, Highland Park, Eagle Rock, & more). I originally started looking for a property at the beginning of 2015 with a different agent and made many, many offers that were all rejected. I felt as though something was missing in the process - the previous agent didn't give me very good tips/advice during our trips to open houses, and she also was not able to make it to more than half of the open houses I wanted to see. Alison, on the other hand, made herself very available to me which was extremely important especially as I was a first time homebuyer. She filtered out houses that she thought would meet my criteria and even went ahead to see the houses before we went together. As you can imagine, this saved me a lot of time as I'm usually not able to see any open houses during the weekday due to work. She gave me tips that were definitely helpful - tips on whether the house would be easy to sell in the future, tips on location of property, etc. To top it off, she has a great bubbly personality that makes you love seeing her every single weekend for those open houses. In the end, her many years of experience helped me to purchase a house of my dreams, in less than 2 months of working together! She used several tactics that I found very smart. IMAGINE if I had started off with her! Throughout the very stressful escrow process, Alison was there with me every step - from inspections to loan appraisal. I highly recommend Alison if you are looking to buy a property in Los Angeles.

Alison and Jason helped me close on my first home. As a first time homeowner I was surprised at how smooth the process was compared to other stories I had heard and most of that is down to Alison and Jason's help. They walked me through every step of the process, from talking about what I was looking for in a house and initial bids that went very quickly all the way through setting up inspections and going back and forth with the seller to reach the best possible deal for me. I also had a ton of questions come up during every step and they were always helpful and patient. In the end, their vast experience with the LA house market got me my first house on a tight schedule and for a great deal! If you are looking for a house in LA, I cannot recommend the Huddys more highly!
