I tried to schedule a viewing tonight with Will Robertson, and because I was driving an hour to see the property, I called ahead to confirm he’d still be there. He told me he’d be there until 5, but added that he “can’t stay there all night,” which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I had already said I’d arrive before 5, so the comment felt unnecessary. Overall, his demeanor gave me a poor impression, and I didn’t feel confident that my time would be respected or that he wouldn’t leave early. With the housing market slowing and plenty of agents available, I’d recommend working with an agency that values clear communication, professionalism, and serious buyers who are prepared to pay asking price in cash.

Juliette helped coordinate everything during the early stages and was always extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. The condo was so beautifully staged and photographed that I almost didn’t want to sell it! There were so many showings and Jonna would be constantly keeping me updated and giving me feedback on how they were going. We got multiple offers above asking. John and Tania helped us move through escrow smoothly. Everyone on Jesse’s team is phenomenal. I would highly recommend them without any reservations for selling a property on the Westside.
