I really appreciate how James has his clients come first. His continuing education helps him on how to be top of mind, top of real estate education and refining of skills to make the home transition process work as smoothly as possible. I met James on such a real estate education event, something I find that few agents are willing to take the time, not for themselves, but to make it possible to become better at what they do. James did an excellent job working with us to sell our home. From the beginning he was very patient and never pushy while we were deciding whether or not to sell our home. After about a year we decided it was the right time for us to sell and he was very professional throughout the entire process. The photos were taken by a professional photographer and the description of our listing was spot on. He accentuated the positive aspects of our home to peak interest. He was willing to show the house whenever a potential buyer was interested and held open houses as needed. I especially appreciated James’ communication skills. He was always prompt and had excellent follow up with all clients who viewed our home.
