Marcus Miller is the ultimate real estate professional! My siblings and I had the pleasure of working with Marcus during the sale of our mother’s house. He was extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and he understood the demographics of her neighborhood. He responded quickly to emails and to phone calls. His company, Helm Real Estate, provided the financing for the renovations so that the updates could be completed without money up front from us. The house sold quickly and we were happy with the selling price. Because Marcus surrounds himself with a team of excellent professionals, the process of closing was seamless. Marcus continues to serve us as clients well after closing. Fast forward to nine months and I need a professional assessment of what the house may have been worth 7 years ago for taxes purposes. Marcus promptly provides me with a solid, in-depth analysis that I feel confident would pass any audit if ever there was one. Marcus did not have to put this much work into my request, but he did so.
