My husband and I had a great time working with Zach as our real estate agent. We needed someone to help us buy our first house, but were weary of an agent taking advantage of us because we’ve never done this before. Zach proved to be very knowledgeable in the industry, with plenty of experience as a realtor and in home renovation. When we toured houses, he was able to point out items that may need repair, and advise us on how much it might cost us in the future. He never pressured us for/against anything, only provided us with information and education so that we could make informed decisions. Zach had very good communication, and always responded promptly whenever we reached out to him. There were a couple times that we had messaged him late in the evening with interest in touring a house, and he would have a showing set up the next morning. After we put an offer in on our house, Zach had our back and advocated for us through inspections and negotiations so that we would get the best deal. I think anyone would tell you that buying a home is pretty stressful and overwhelming, but Zach guided us through every step and made it as smooth as possible. Even after we got our keys, Zach still kept in contact with us, offering us his personal contacts for home improvement/renovation. Zach truly is an exceptional realtor.
