I can't say enough amazing things about how Lucy Proulx was able to sell our home in a timely fashion. We needed to sell it within a certain amount of time and she did it! Lucy is professional, fun, super creative and helped make our home look fabulous even though our kids were young and running around. My husband and I were so thankful that Lucy was our Realtor.

Lucy has sold a couple of houses in our neighborhood, and consistently lies to new people about HOA rules. She tells them (in some cases in writing) that they can "do anything" when she knows that is not true - creating headaches for the people. Our personal experience with her was not favorable, to say the least. There are lots of good realtors out there - you should avoid this bad one.
