She immediately called me back and was very informative about the area and looked up the parcel while we were speaking. While she ultimately did not get to work with me as I was on a tight timeline that seems to have come at a very busy time for her - she continued to be responsive in sharing info to help me change the title on the parcel and shared some of her local contacts. She is clearly very experienced and professional; it's rare for someone to 'help' these days even if they don't have time to take something on themselves. Frequently answered my calls, and if she couldn't reach the phone, she was very timely in a response.
