Howard Smith did a great job selling my house in Talmadge in 2020 as well as helping me buy my new home in La Jolla. First, selling my house: Howard was a true professional in pricing my home to hit the sweet spot between the best price for me and a realistic price to sell as fast as possible. His marketing skills were great with incredible photos and 3D walk-through, eloquent descriptions, and effective open houses. He also accomplished the very difficult task of helping me sell and buy a new home basically at the same time. He was as adept at finding me a new place in La Jolla as working In Talmadge. I’m a retired architect so I’m particular about finding a home with a lot of character and style. He found all the right places to show me and offered practical price about each. When I finally found the right spot he helped me make the right offer and write a letter to the seller that may have sealed the deal. His service was top notch with a certain wry sense of humor.
