As a first time home buyer, I was extremely nervous about the entire process. Buying a home is a huge step and I honestly did not know where to start. I decided to make an appointment with SchoolFirst, and that is when they informed me they work with a third party real estate company to help guide buyers through the process. That is when I was connected with Raquel Marquez. From the very beginning, Raquel was outstanding. I have truly never met someone as professional, responsive, and dedicated as she is. Every question I had, she responded to within minutes. As a first time buyer, I had a lot of concerns and uncertainties, but she took the time to walk me through every step and made sure I understood exactly what was happening throughout the process. Raquel toured many homes with me and helped me identify which properties were truly a good fit. What I appreciated the most was her honesty. She was always very clear about what was realistic and what was not, which helped me stay focused and make smart decisions. She never made me feel rushed or pressured and always had my best interest in mind. We were able to close on my home in just 21 days, which is incredible. At times the process looked overwhelming and I started to feel stressed, but Raquel handled everything. Nothing but praises all around — Trisha is a wonderful person inside and out. She’s attentive, genuine, and truly down-to-earth. She has an old-fashioned quality about her, very willing to be flexible and go the extra mile to make sure she’s doing her absolute best to get the job done. She has no airs about her, which is refreshing in today’s environment — especially in Newport Beach. I worked with her on a deal as the buyer’s agent, and even though we weren’t able to secure the property, I would love to work with her again if our paths cross in the future.
