I had contacted Justin Miller earlier in the week to check out a home and we had set up a time to look at the house. He told me to confirm on the day of which I did text him around 8:30 AM to confirm our meeting time at 2 PM. I flew in from my other house in Northern California while being six months pregnant to come and look at this house, he did not reply to me until less than two hours before our arranged meeting time to say that someone else had taken the house. I find it very unprofessional and wish I was contacted sooner. I know with applications that deal with credit checks and background checks can take up to 72 hours or more to process so if they had someone that was going to be renting the house, he had plenty of time to contact me and not waste my time and instead he did. I would also like to state that the listing was taken down October 1st then re-uploaded this morning October 2nd because it has been sitting for months.

As a first time home buyer, I was extremely nervous about the entire process. Buying a home is a huge step and I honestly did not know where to start. I decided to make an appointment with SchoolFirst, and that is when they informed me they work with a third party real estate company to help guide buyers through the process. That is when I was connected with Raquel Marquez. From the very beginning, Raquel was outstanding. I have truly never met someone as professional, responsive, and dedicated as she is. Every question I had, she responded to within minutes. As a first time buyer, I had a lot of concerns and uncertainties, but she took the time to walk me through every step and made sure I understood exactly what was happening throughout the process. Raquel toured many homes with me and helped me identify which properties were truly a good fit. What I appreciated the most was her honesty. She was always very clear about what was realistic and what was not, which helped me stay focused and make smart decisions. She never made me feel rushed or pressured and always had my best interest in mind. We were able to close on my home in just 21 days, which is incredible. At times the process looked overwhelming and I started to feel stressed, but Raquel handled everything. She coordinated inspections, communicated with the seller’s agent, and managed all the behind the scenes work. All I really needed to do was review documents and sign where needed. She made the entire experience smooth and far less stressful than I ever expected. Overall, my experience with Raquel was beyond great. I truly could not have asked for a better person to guide me through purchasing my first home. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home, especially first time buyers. She is a true professional and a great representation of your company.

Her recommendations for preparing, presenting, and pricing our home were thoughtful, helpful, and ultimately very valuable. She helped us sell quickly and successfully while making sure our needs and best interests were looked after. We also really appreciated Tuyet Le, the transaction coordinator, who was professional, responsive, and quick throughout the transaction.
