Ryan is an incredible agent but more importantly an amazing human being! I bought a house with Ryan in 2006 and he’s been one of my best friends ever since. He taught me so much about real estate and investing wisely in property. His commitment to communities, which he demonstrates in his work with people experiencing homelessness and his work around mental health issues shows his depth of character. I’m lucky to call him a friend and will work with him again when the time comes for me to buy and sell a home again!

I initially met Ryan when I was buying a condo in Santa Monica (Ryan was the broker for the seller). Ryan did such a good job in facilitating the process that I ended up reaching out to Ryan and asking him to be my broker 3 years later when I sold the condo. Ryan does an amazing job helping you to realistically price your listing so that you don’t scare offers away and actually get multiple offers above list to choose from. He is also extremely knowledgeable about the properties and is hands on while selling. Fast forward a few years later and Ryan has gone out of his way to help find me a interim 1 year rental home (while I was waiting for the right property to buy as a permanent home) and helped me to purchase a new home. I highly recommend Ryan on a business level because his work ethic is flawless, he is morally sound, and knows more about the market than any other broker out there. I can say that I count Ryan as a friend now and he has helped me with other real-estate or housing issues even though it didn’t involve listing or buying a property. He is an all around good guy.

Working with Ryan was not only a pleasure due to his kind personality but also very reassuring and helpful. My Girlfriend and I were looking for places for months prior to getting in contact with Ryan and within the first month he had already found us many listings that would fit our budget and criteria.
