We bought our home with Michael back in 2020 and had a great experience. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and always gave honest advice without making us feel pressured. He acted fast in the search and buying process which was crucial in getting our offer accepted. A few years later, we moved out of the area but kept the house as a rental. Since then, Michael has helped us find tenants and has continued to be someone we can call whenever we need guidance. It's nice knowing we still have a trusted local expert we can rely on even after all these years. Real estate relationships usually end after closing, but that hasn't been the case with Michael. He's been there whenever we've needed help, and we're grateful for all of his support.

Michael's the best! While looking for a new home, we found him through a Google search and reached out because his website is so comprehensive and helpful. I've had past experiences with other realtors whose priority was obviously just making a sale. But we could tell early on during our interactions with Michael that he only had our best interests in mind. Bonus, he's so easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor. We searched for a home for several months when the market didn't have much to offer. When we thought about putting in offers for homes that we honestly weren't in love with, Michael gently suggested that we could find a home that's a better fit for us. I'm so glad we listened because we absolutely love the home we ended up buying! We were in an intense bidding war where other offers were turned down because the realtors lacked experience. Michael guided us through the entire process, and he developed a rapport with the sellers' realtor to get us through the negotiations. I don't know if we could've pulled off this home purchase without him. He's seen it all, he's always on time, and he's a genuinely fun person that we enjoy socializing with to this day.
