We loved living in our house in Woodland Hills for the past 12 years and the trust and care that we put in Derek to handle the sale was the best decision we could have possibly made. He came in on a Monday with a co-worker who took photos and made a video. By the next day the individual photos AND the video , with music, were posted and I have to say we were blown away at how great they had turned out. I commented later to family and friends that I would have bought this house after seeing them! The house was listed that Friday, Open House was Sunday, and the sale was finalized 2 days later! Derek's years of experience, knowledge of the area, and a great friendly demeanor added to the best experience we could have ever wished for in an agent to handle our sale! He's just the best!

I wish I could give Derek more than 5 stars. He was wonderful to work with and came highly recommended. He helped us through every step and made sure each place he showed us fit our budget and everything was checked off our list of needs and wants. He was truly such a caring and genuine agent.
