Joshua Sinatra is an outstanding realtor to work with. Purchasing a home, especially for the first time, can be a big obstacle and overwhelming task. Josh made it such a seamless process. I cannot say enough amazing things about him as a realtor and how much he helped us. From creating a list of homes with all of our “non-negotiables” and preferences, to mapping out an entire day of homes to view multiple times, to helping us find the perfect home for us and making the escrow process more than bearable, Josh was extremely personable and helpful. He guided us through every step with kindness, knowledge and patience. He always was a step ahead and made sure everything was timely while answering our endless questions with thorough explanations.
