We worked with Silvia to purchase our first home in May 2025, receiving the keys in October, and truly we don’t know what we would’ve done without her. Silvia is a South Bay veteran, is well connected, and knows the area like the back of her hand. That was seriously crucial for us as a South Bay or bust family. Through the process, we went into escrow on two places, the latter of which we closed on. The first one fell through due to some shady behavior from a prospective HOA, and Silvia was quick to call out that their behavior was not normal and to start considering the possibility of walking away. And boy were we glad we did when the time came. Silvia gave us some space after that ordeal to regroup and process the loss, and even helped to recuperate some of the sunk costs from inspector fees we paid on that property. I mean, truly above and beyond. When we found the house we DID close on Silvia was our fierce advocate, and helped us navigate the closing process to a T. We’re not thinking of moving at the moment, but when we do we’re using Silvia again. Hard recommend to anyone looking for a home particularly in the South Bay! Thanks for everything Silvia!!
