Moving to LA from out of state was incredibly intimidating, but Sue made the entire experience so much easier. Since I couldn't be there in person, she went to apartments for me, FaceTimed me through showings, answered every question I had, and was always quick to communicate. She was kind to everyone she worked with, but what stood out most was how much she genuinely cared about me, not just finding me an apartment. Sue made my safety and comfort her priority. She never would have let me end up somewhere she didn't truly believe was the right fit, and that gave me so much peace of mind. She honestly felt like a maternal figure during such a huge life transition, and that's why I trusted her completely. Once we found the right place, she stayed on top of everything, making sure management responded, keeping the process moving, and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Even after I moved in, Sue checked in to make sure I was settling in and doing okay. That meant more than she'll probably ever know. She's the perfect combination of kind and persistent; she truly advocates for her clients while making them feel cared for every step of the way. I'm so grateful for everything she did for me, and I genuinely can't recommend her enough!!!!!!
