Lark recently helped us buy our first home in Joshua Tree. It was a wonderful experience and we feel very lucky to have been able to work with her. She showed great patience to us and all our questions, and her willingness to act fast allowed us to secure the home we ended up closing on, which we absolutely love. I can’t say enough about Lark. We were looking for homes from a distance and she was incredibly helpful, understanding exactly what we were looking for and jumping right on it! After our initial follow up call sent a long list of wonderful homes to get us started on our search, and when we couldn’t be there in person she sent us self recorded video tours! It was a tough market but she never lost steam, helping me ultimately find my dream home in a location I never even knew about! In the end our working relationship grew into a friendship (because honestly she is so cool haha) and I couldn’t imagine having worked with anyone else to buy my first home. She made it easy.
