Oh my gosh, I can’t say enough wonderful things about Holly, Maria, and their entire team. We had JUST started the process of looking for a new home with Holly, and our first showing ends up being the home we purchase. Holly just knew what we needed and where we were destined to be. She’s not only the most friendly person you’ll meet, but she genuinely shows interest in you as a person, making it as if this home purchase or sale is just as much hers as it is yours. My husband and I loved getting to know Holly during this process and work with her throughout March. She talked us through every step of the process and gave us her honest feedback on all matters, advocating for us constantly. Her colleague, Maria, was ON TOP of everything when it came time to process all the paperwork and get us to that finish line. They just made the process so smooth for us, while we were handling everything else in between. Holly Thompson and her team are amazing. We have owned and sold several houses including rental properties. Over time, we have dealt with many realtors. Holly and her team are without question the BEST realtors we have found. Every phase of our sale was handled professionally. Holly initially met with us to discuss what home improvement changes would help us achieve the highest offers. She arranged Staging, Photography and a Video which all highlighted the home. She also assisted in recommending handymen and contractors to make our property more appealing to buyers. Her marketing effort was incredible. To generate activity, we had several open houses which generated loads of interest. Holly also set up a Realtor only meeting in addition to a normal caravan. Throughout the entire process, we were always kept up to date. As a result of her expertise, we received multiple offers and sold our home for more than we had anticipated. We worked with Kyle Gordon in Holly’s office to purchase our home. We had a specific neighborhood in mind, and Kyle was patient while we waited 6 months for the perfect house to come on the market. He was diligent in monitoring the listings in the neighborhood, and promptly brought new listings to our attention. When we toured our new house for the first time, we knew it was the one, and Kyle was quick to walk us through the offer process. He expertly negotiated with the seller’s agent to get us a great deal, and guided us through the inspection and escrow process with ease. Maria Diegelman coordinated the many documents that needed to be completed and signed, and gave us expert advice on the inspection and repair credit process. She kept everything on track, and we closed escrow less than 3 weeks from when we put in our offer. Holly had assembled a great team, and we would recommend Kyle and Maria without hesitation!
