We were so lucky to have Irma as our realtor. My family didn't have experience buying a home and Irma took great care of us. She was right on top of everything we needed throughout the entire process. Irma was able to promptly answer every question and concern we had. She had trusted contractors for anything we wanted done and helped us transition the gardeners and other maintenance workers for our new home. I honestly don't think this experience could have been any better and I'm truly happy to have had Irma as our realtor.

I had a great experience with Irma as my realtor for my first home purchase. She was very flexible with touring all the different properties I was interested in and pointed out any issues with the properties so I would not be left with a surprise headache of a house. She has great recommendations on what to look for and I learned a lot from her and her team. I was successfully able to purchase a house with her and her experience helped immensely in getting some repairs done which some realtors would rush to get their commission. I never felt pressured into buying a house and even in this weird market I felt so at ease. I highly recommend and would use her services again!
