The best real estate experience I’ve ever had! I started working with Karen in early July 2024 while I was still stationed out of state. A colleague referred me to him, and after interviewing a few agents in the area, it was clear Karen stood out. He was honest, responsive, and showed a deep understanding of the market. The best agent I’ve worked with! My journey with Karen began in May/June 2024 when I was still serving overseas. She was recommended by one of my good friends. Further, I interviewed her and a few agents in the area (including two Marines I worked with. They retired/got out of the military and got into real estate 10 years ago). Through the interview, I found Karen to be candid, dependable, and trustworthy. She was very attentive, and I felt she would put me, her customer, above all. The journey with Karen was smooth, and her guidance/recommendations were spot on. As a result, my house was sold in the time frame I gave her and at the asking price. Karen is a very knowledgeable realtor. She's been providing me with helpful information about first -tine home buying, as well as new housing market updates.
