Lorissa was a fantastic realtor. I am not the greatest with anything in the new technological world but she brought anything I needed to sign directly to my home and made it very easy, convenient and understandable. My home sold for 140k over asking with multiple offers and she was an absolutely amazing realtor. There was an open house with tons of people in my home and she reassured me that everything would be okay. She also had great communication skills and answered the phone whenever I called and kept me updated through the entire process. I recommend her to absolutely anyone I come across because she really is that great at what she does.

Lorissa was such a pleasure to work with! As first time home buyers we knew next to nothing about the home buying process nor the local area market. Lorissa was able to answer all our questions (we had a lot!), gave guidance to us every step of the way, and above all helped us to resolve a timeline miscommunication with our lender which (fortunately) got us in our home a week earlier than expected! She was easy going, responsive, and empathetic to our over-anxious hearts which we appreciated a lot. Can't thank her enough! We love our new home!
