This company was handling the escrow for a property we were buying after losing our home in the Eaton fire. We encountered issues with the property due to the seller's non-disclosure. They insisted on charging a service fee only to us, and not the seller, when it became apparent the deal would not go through. I felt that they were holding our deposit hostage until we agreed to their unfair practice. They were unwilling to work with us in any way. Way to kick us when we were already down. We wasted thousands of dollars and and weeks on this transaction. Shame on you for preying on fire victims.

Shauna Wallo is the bomb. She was on top of it when we wanted to list our house and re buy a house. Immediately she got the info and took pictures of our house. Had it listed so fast!! She was always on time when she took us to look at houses. She was on top of it putting offers in for us. She was able to sell our house for the most and help us get into our dream house. I highly recommend Shauna Wallo if you are looking to sell your house or buy a house. Shauna is very knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. I will always use her in the future and have already referred friends to her and they are happy with Shauna too. :)
