Inspections were scheduled and accomplished without our needing to be there because he volunteered to be there for us. Highly professional, dependable, and very likeable. Jon is such an excellent realtor! He is incredibly friendly, honest, compassionate, and competent. He very much cares about his clients and ensures that they find the best home for their needs. He had the perfect house picked out for us almost from the beginning, yet after seeing it (and loving it), he still took the time to show me many other houses for comparison and to make sure we were making the right decision. We were new to the area and Jon kindly gave a tour to get us oriented and provide some history and insider tips. My husband and I have bought and sold before and had very frustrating experiences. It was so wonderful to finally have a great experience with Jon and feel confident trusting a realtor. Jon was ALWAYS available for questions and made sure to stay in contact with us and inform us of what was happening throughout the entire process.
