There is one word that describes Scott . . . . AWESOME! Prior to finding Scott, we talked to other realtors who were all "smoke and mirrors." We found Scott and instantly knew that he was genuine and honest, and that we wanted to work with him. Our first meeting seemed like we had been friends for years. We listed our investment property with Scott and in 13 days the property was sold. We discussed with Scott a listing price that was both fair and realistic. The property was not in ideal shape but with Scott's marketing skills we received multiple offers. Scott worked so hard selling our property. He had multiple open houses and helped us coordinate repairs when unexpected improvements came up. When our sprinklers stopped working, Scott went out in 100-degree weather and watered our lawns with a garden hose just to keep our lawn green so that is looked nice! There are a lot of realtors out there, but Scott really went above and beyond for us. Throughout the entire sale, we had many questions and Scott always was there for answers. He was always accessible to us. Andi from NextGen escrow was also a great help and made the escrow process work with ease. She too, was always accessible and available for our questions.
