I must highly praise my real estate agent, Rae Zhang. Firstly, she made very accurate judgments on the market. Based on the transaction data in the surrounding area and the actual condition of my house, she came up with a reasonable pricing strategy. Then, she actively sought buyers for us and communicated the details with the buyers. Eventually, we reached a price that was satisfactory to both of us. The entire transaction process was very smooth. She would promptly follow up on every transaction detail and inform me of the progress. With her coordination in the middle, we had much less worry. If you are planning to buy or sell a house in the near future, I strongly recommend finding Rae Zhang!!! She is professional, reliable, and patient!
