I had a very good experience working with Kimberly on renting my property. Previously I had used a online retail platform ziprent andI was very dissapointed with the Renters they damaged the property and broke the lease early. Kimberly was very through in spotting all the issues dealing with damage from previous renter as well as recommendations to improve safety and trip hazards as well. She worked quickly hired a good photographer and found good tenants for the property and was very knowledgeable on the local market and set the proper price for rental as well. I would not hesitate to work with her in the future.

Kimberly was a God send when we found our home. After dealing with a realtor we weren’t super comfortable with, we happened to bump into Kimberly, and I’m forever grateful for it. She explained everything so thoroughly to us, and found us just what we were looking for. We had a long list of must haves and that was never a problem for her. She’s kept in contact throughout the years and even stops by to check on us. It’s been 13 years and we still get the occasional visit. Can’t recommend her enough!!
