My father was diagnosed with cancer and began to rapidly decline and my Mom has dementia. I was asked to assume power of attorney and manage their estate which included the sale of their home. It was a very stressful and overwhelming time. I currently live in the only home I have owned which was a new build so I have no experience with selling a home or working with a realtor. Thomas came recommended from a senior placement broker I was working with two years prior when my dad was considering moving into a board and care facility. He was so patient kind, caring and helpful through the entire process while managing the delicate process of working with my parents wishes and myself as power of attorney. I don’t know how I could’ve made it through this extremely stressful season and the selling of their home without Thomas’ help and guidance. The handyman, housecleaner, painter and escrow company he recommended were so professional and did such a fabulous job which really saved me as I live approximately two hours from their home in Los Angeles and I run two businesses. I don’t know how else to say that Thomas was a lifesaver and I’m very grateful to have had him as my realtor Highly recommend.
