He returned calls quickly, made himself available as my schedule can be difficult, and was so kind and patient through it all. During the escrow process he remained informative and talked me through the whole process as well as assisted me with so many recommendations and referrals for after our purchase. Never answers the phone and takes a long time finalize paperwork. We had to rent some where else because we were left waiting for a week for the actual lease. We didnt want to take any chances. Needs to have better communication skills or hire some one to help with answer phones and manage in coming request.My thought is this... If it is hard to get a hold of him while trying to see the property, what will it be like when your a tenant?
