Mike guided us throughout the whole process of first selling and then buying our new house. Mike was always there to answer any text message, email and would call back promptly. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, mentorship and hard work helped us sell our house 6 days of it going on the market for about 2% over asking price! We can honestly say his worketics and hard work are phenomenal; He helped us get the house we wanted and it wasn't on the market. I can only think of wonderful things to say about our experience working with Michael Browne at Sullivan Browne Properties. Buying a home can be such a daunting experience. For most it really is one of the biggest decisions you will make in your life and it is so important to have someone that will be there for you to guide you, give you good advice, and make the process as easy as possible to navigate. And Mike did just that. There was never a moment where we felt unsure of what we were doing or what the process was as he kept us so informed and worked with our loan officer to make things happen quickly and efficiently. He really learned what we wanted and made the process so much easier by doing things like previewing houses and making us tour books to help us compare houses. And on top of that he was always professional, on time and just a true pleasure to work with. After this experience my husband and I really feel we have made a trusted friend with Mike and are so happy with a new home. We could not recommend him more!
