Desiree is the best realtor I have had the honor to work with. She is not pushy at all and was genuinely concerned with my husband and I liking our home. There is no high pressure sales with her. She was so patient when we had issues with another seller and was always available to chat and explain things to us. I would recommend her to my closest friends and would absolutely use her again. Not only is she knowledgeable, she is very friendly as well. Great experience. And now we are living in a home that is just so perfect for us.

After a long search and interview process for a listing agent, Desiree Lapin was our selected Realtor/Agent. My wife and I were living at the property part time while traveling out of state. We wanted our agent to show the property by appointment only, we also didn’t want a lock box hanging on a door knob. Among other things we wanted our agent present for all showing’s. The important thing we were looking for was a competent and trustworthy person. Desiree exceeded all our expectations and more. She insured that buyers were vetted and were financially qualified before showing the property. She communicated well with potential buyers and other agents. Desiree followed up with agents after a showing. Every aspect of her hard work led to a successful sale of our home, everything was flawless. We never met her before. My wife and I consider her a friend and part of our family. She works very diligently stays in communication updating us on the housing market, being a professional agent has amazing insights that helped us sell our home in a very difficult housing market. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE: As a California Broker/Owner I usually represent myself as it's super-difficult to find another Realtor that meets my expectations, until I met Desiree. While selling our LVCC condo, she did an ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING job with the listing. She was patient, professional, compassionate (when I was sick), knowledgeable and very, very resourceful.
