Katie is AWESOME! If I were to sell another house, you bet I'd hire her again. She stuck with me as the market morphed and was always positive and encouraging. I had a nightmare of a deal with a bank who lied and the other brokerage firm lied repeatedly. Because of the non transparency and the never ending misinformation my escrow was pushed three times. Because of all this and there is way more Katie was professional and went to bat for me making sure that I was protected and all the proper paperwork was filed including a demand to perform that was filed. If I had not had such a good strong person to stand beside me it would have potentially been a deal gone bad. And certainly would not have closed at all. I would have had to Go back on the market. So what I am trying to say is that Katie was truly a savior here. She handled it all with poise and grace and professionalism. I am so grateful to her and her persistence and knowledge of this industry. I strongly recommend her. She knows her stuff.
