Kim is everything you want in a real estate agent - professional, excellent communicator, very personable, willing to go over any questions or concerns you have (I’m not a complete novice, but am not familiar with the process in California and had plenty of more questions) almost always has your back and if he doesn’t he advises why, and lastly he is with you until you are satisfied and not when the sale is over. And all this despite the fact that we were on the lower (cost) end of other projects he was working concurrently. After the sale was complete he stopped by on more than one occasion to help me out with some things that could have cost me hundreds or more to have a professional work. At the end of everything Kim feels like a friend and is someone we still stay in touch with (16 months after our purchase). I couldn’t recommend him more highly, and he will be the first person I go to if we ever sell or buy another property.

Please stay away from them . As a licensed engineer , they got hired by me to purchase my house . I wish I was able to fired them since This people are shady , no knowledge , and they only care for their money . They didn’t do any thing behalf of me so I had to do all the follow up with seller agent and escrow to follow the step . After the inspection, they were trying to convinces me to accept all the seller rules , I’m happy that I involve my own agent to help me to get everything that is needed for me . Please check them before hired them
