I met Yvonne for the first time at the open house of property that we ultimately purchased. From first moment I knew that she was the one I wanted representing my wife and I in the sale of our home. I could tell immediately that Yvonne was a fighter and that with a high level of organization and integrity. Yvonne Mendez is a rare breed: an honest, communicative, reliable and knowledgeable realtor in a world of wannabes. We had a most challenging sales process due to the buyer's realtor not really understanding the paperwork and legal deadlines but Yvonne kept things moving along. Did I mention that she is a tough negotiator as well? She helped us price our home appropriately and got us FULL ASK. Yvonne kept us in the loop the entire time, anticipating the normal stress of selling a home and therefore having us work on the seller's packet of docs from day one. When things got difficult she was TENACIOUS with the Escrow company and the Buyer's Agent, protecting our interests 100% of the time. I'm not sure this sale would have closed without her! Yvonne is an excellent communicator, always keeping us in the loop. She worked tirelessly for us, going above and beyond the entire time our home was on the market. We lived an hour away so Yvonne took the time to ensure that our alarm was always properly set and that the home was locked after each showing. I always felt like I was her most important client... only to learn that everyone else she represents felt the same way. You cannot go wrong working with Yvonne - she will fight for you and support you, whether you are buying or selling your home.
