Pat & Carlos were fantastic helping my daughter, her fiancé and myself in locating the perfect starter home. We met with Pat and let her know what we were type of property my daughter and fiancé wanted. She helped us by showing us several properties and answering all of our questions. When we finally chose a property, she & Carlos assisted us in the entire process making it quick and very easy for us. She provided assistance with lenders, service companies and dealing with escrow. Both were available anytime of the day or night to go over any issues I might have. Overall, I highly recommend Pat & Carlos for any real estate needs.
