My wife and I met Tommie at an open house he was hosting in Solera, a Del Webb community, in Beaumont, in December 2025. We were looking to relocate there from a Denver suburb to be closer to our 12 grandchildren in Hacienda Heights. It turned out to be one of the most fortuitous meetings we have ever experienced! He became our realtor and a confidant that would patiently walk two seniors through a cross country relocation. Over the four months that it took to sell our home in Littleton and purchase one here, he was tireless in serving and encouraging us until our last house hunting trip in late March. After looking at six homes, 805 Annandale Road offered the best of all we were looking for at the best price. He was resourceful in recommending a lender and insurance agent. We were able to purchase, finance and close in 20 days! We moved in on May 2nd and hosted a Mother’s Day celebration with our Hacienda Heights family! Tommie was Great!!! He helped us sell our home and helped with our new purchase.
