Ria Scoma, Realtor with Pacific Sotheby's is fantastic! I met her by chance at an Open House she was hosting. She was so knowledgeable about the area, and friendly, and answered many questions for me. She really made a great impression. A few months later I had a condo to sell and I immediately thought of Ria. I contacted her, and she got back to me right away. We met, she looked at the condo and gave great feedback. She told us what she would do to market it, did a market analysis to recommend a selling price, and made appropriate recommendations along the way to adjust to the changing market. Ria delivered on everything she said she would do! She was very communicative, easy to get in touch with, and her whole team was a pleasure to work with. She was professional and proved her knowledge of the area and the market. In addition to all of her professional attributes, she is a lovely, warm person, she made the whole experience so pleasant.
