Edgar has been incredible and I highly recommend him! My husband and I are first time home buyers and he walked us through every step of the process with patience and honesty. I never felt scared of what came next - he is very knowledgeable about different areas of LA and what to expect, and very responsive. He helped us buy our first house and now is even helping us remodel it because he has a team and a lot of experience flipping houses. Edgar was absolutely outstanding and helped us from start to finish to buy our first home. He was welcoming, kind, attentive, and answered all our questions. He showed us dozens of houses around LA, and helped us understand the repairs, modifications, hidden costs, and more that came with each property. He was always down to see a house with us, and we worked with him intensively. When we did find our house, he helped us pitch an offer, make a counter, and land the property. When we got the house, he helped us immensely with the repairs, getting a seller credit, getting a new roof, re-doing our bathroom and more. He has been in complete lockstep with us through the whole process and we couldn't be more appreciative of what he's done. It's often a cliche, but I can say for 100% fact that our new house would not be possible without him. I highly recommend him and will work with him again.
