However, Todd stood out to me with his friendly disposition and go to market strategy. Throughout the entire process Todd and his team were helpful, communicative, and very knowledgeable. He set clear expectations and recommendations (such as the list price, showing windows/open houses, etc.) that we’re definitely the right call as my home was listed and went pending within a week!
