Lisa Marie Sanchez did an amazing job with helping us sell my fathers home. She was involved in every aspect of the sale. From preparation of the home, to setting the up staging with furniture and of course listing the home. Lisa had multiple offers on the first day and we sold the home for more then we listed for. Back in 2011 I "stumbled" upon Lisa Marie. I had not a clue in the world about how to look for a realtor, let alone how to buy a home. However, what I most appreciated about Lisa was her honesty and all the information she provided me with to be able to purchase my first home. I hadn't known that I needed to secure a loan first (boy was I a nubie) but Lisa helped me through that. I hadn't known what Ernest monies was, and Lisa walked me through that. clearly, I needed hand holding. Whenever I wanted to see a potential home, Lisa made it happen. I am so thankful that Lisa was my realtor. I still recall, to this day, our last visit....when Lisa met me at Starbucks on Telegraph and handed me the keys to my new home.....WHAT A FEELING that was!
