We even switched cities that we were looking in, and she made the time to drive long distances for all our showings and found us our dream home. We can't recommend her enough.

We called Chris to take over our home search and within a few hours we had appointments to see several homes and within the first two weeks we made an offer that was accepted. We were out of state buyers and found this home on Zillow. We contacted Chris to view it with us via FaceTime. We liked the house, evidently Chris Loved it as she told us “if you don’t make an offer, I have several clients I will call, that will! We made an offer for OVER asking price as recommended by Chris. During negotiations she asked us several times if we didn’t want to buy the house, she had talked to her sons and she would! We found this statement to be completely unprofessional and odd...we regretfully continued our transaction with Chris. Chris met the inspector at the house. She brought her dog in the house, let him get in the pool and run than run through the house with muddy feet! While we were working through the inspection process Chris sends a "renegotiation of commission" document mixed in with other documents about the inspection. She is asking the sellers to increase her commission from what the original listing stated. Not how we conduct business! House is in far worse shape than Chris lead on, remember...it was such a steal...Chris wanted me to assign the contract to her to purchase. We have never met Chris in person. She has never come by to introduce herself or thank us for being clients. We fell for her unethical sales tactic. I hope this review will save others from the same. Chris left us her dogs poop bag in the garage😳
