Great experience for first time homebuyer. The process of buying our first home was a wonderful experience with Darlene. At first we were trying to apply for the California Dream for All program so time was of the essence. Darlene was able to make time for us on a very short notice to look at houses, even on a holiday weekend. Using her advice and experience, our first offer on a house was accepted and we closed in 3 weeks. Darlene is amazing at handling all the communication between the seller's agent, loan officers, etc. and answering any questions we had at a moment's notice. We still felt very involved in the process and never felt like we didn't know what was going on. We also received a very lovely and thoughtful housewarming gift from Darlene, it is perfect for our new home and we are so appreciative of everything she did for us throughout this process. I would not hesitate to work with Darlene again in the future.

Great easy home purchase experience! I've worked with Darlene in the past for a rental property purchase that I made and it was a great experience. This time our home purchase was for a primary residence and working with Darlene was another great experience, as expected. She was patient and kind when it came to the buying process since this time around we had to deal with financing as well, so we had a lot of questions for her. I will definitely be working with her again on the next home purchase as well. I highly recommend any other first time homebuyers to work with her as her main goal is to be sure her clients end up in a home they love.
